The Lando family has long been a popular destination for photographers, but now the family’s ranch has become a haven for wildlife and wildlife photographers.
Photographer Lando Norris started shooting there as a way to explore his love of animals and wild places.
He took photos for The Landor Times and The Landovar Times, as well as a book called Lando and the Lando Ranch.
And in 2017, the family put on a series of public appearances to share his photography with the public.
The family was featured in the film “Catching Wild,” which screened at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival.
“I wanted to do something for the community, and this was my way of making sure that I was doing it in a way that was respectful and not just to make money,” Norris told National Geographic.
