SAN FRANCISCO — A look at the proposed $3 billion arena in San Francisco’s Bay Area.
Forget the new arena, and just pay attention to the existing buildings, which are now the focus of the most intense lobbying effort in recent memory.
It’s about to get much bigger.
BMO Harris-Bradley Center, or BHBC, is slated to open at the end of 2019.
There are a couple of issues.
The first is the size of the arena.
As the new home of the San Francisco Warriors, it’ll be the biggest arena in the Bay Area, with nearly 6,000 seats and more than 1.3 million square feet of floor space.
The arena will be a huge building, with more than 200,000 square feet for restaurants, entertainment, and retail.
It will have an estimated $7.5 billion price tag, including $1.1 billion in subsidies and tax breaks for the arena and surrounding community.
The Warriors will play there.
“The arena is bigger than most people thought it would be, but I don’t think we’re going to see a stadium of this magnitude for decades,” said Tom Larkin, a former president of the California Convention and Visitors Bureau.
This new arena will also be the most expensive building in the country to build.
According to an analysis of the economic impact of the proposed arena, the economic benefits are likely to be $2.8 billion to $4.2 billion per year, with about $1 billion per season.
What’s not known is whether the arena will include enough parking to handle the demand.
In addition to a number of luxury suites, the BHCA will include a luxury parking garage and about 150,000 parking spaces.
But that is likely to become an issue if the arena is too small, or if the team isn’t willing to pay a premium for a dedicated lot.
“You can get a lot of parking on the waterfront, and a lot on the bay,” Larkin said.
At the same time, there are concerns about the amount of noise the arena would create and the effect it will have on the surrounding communities.
Many of the people who live near the arena say they’d like the city to put up a barrier to keep the noise down, but that is not going to happen.
The issue with the arena’s size is that it is already home to the NBA and other sports teams, but the Warriors will be the only ones there.
The arena has been built with a $1-billion price tag.
It is scheduled to open in 2019.
But if the Warriors leave for other teams or retire, it could be pushed up the line.
The other issue is the location of the B-ball park, which will be about 20 acres across from the arena on the corner of Mission and Mission Streets.
With a lot more parking available, the city will be able to add more parking and parking garages will be needed.
To make things even more complicated, the stadium has been designated as a special use.
It’s a lot like a private-sector stadium.
You can have it if you want it, but you can’t park it.
Another issue is that the city is proposing to lease the stadium to a developer.
The arena will have to be able for it to operate without a tenant.
If it is allowed to be leased, it will be possible for a tenant to take over the lease.
And it will probably mean a lot for local residents who want to see the arena used for more than basketball.
There is a lot going on with the BHAB.
The developer has announced plans for the BAH Center, which is currently being developed by an arena developer called Guggenheim Partners.
Guggenheimer Partners is building a $2 billion mixed-use development on the same site.
It includes restaurants, hotels, shops and offices.
On its website, Gugenheim says it plans to create 150,400 jobs in the development.
The BHBA will also play host to a variety of events, including the Super Bowl, the Grammy Awards and the Oscars.
The development’s development team has also been busy building a sports arena, which includes an arena, a court, and other amenities.
The city has been pushing to use the arena as a sports and entertainment hub, and the development team is already in the process of buying land in the area.
One thing that has been a constant in discussions with the development company, which was formed by a group of San Francisco developers, is the ability to build an outdoor arena and a parking lot.
